What is the difference between Reiki Level One and Level Two?Level One focuses on self-healing and introduces you to the foundations of Reiki, including energy awareness and hands-on techniques. Level Two deepens your skills and introduces sacred symbols, distance healing, and how to begin offering Reiki to others.

Do I need any experience to take part in Level One?No previous experience is needed. Reiki Level One is open to complete beginners who feel drawn to energy healing or want to explore self-care from a spiritual and holistic perspective.

How long does each Reiki course take to complete?Each course is completed in a single day and includes your attunement, practical learning, and time for questions and reflection. Sessions are tailored to suit your pace and experience level.

Where do the Reiki courses take place?All training is held in Buckshaw Village, Chorley, Lancashire in a calm, welcoming setting designed to support your learning, whether you attend a one-to-one or small group session.

Can I do the course on a one-to-one basis?Yes. Reiki Level One and Level Two are available as one-to-one courses or in a small group of up to two people. The price is the same for both options.

How much are the courses and what’s included?Reiki Level One is £125 and Level Two is £150. Each includes your attunement, printed materials, hands-on practice, and ongoing support after the course.

Will I be qualified to give Reiki to others after completing the course?After Level Two, you’ll be attuned and trained to offer Reiki to others, including friends, family, and paying clients if you wish to practise professionally.

Do I receive a certificate?Yes, you’ll receive a certificate of completion for each level, which confirms your attunement and training under a qualified Reiki Master.
